Keep in mind that there is a way around this that may actually save time which is to do the vastly superior Clean Install from bootable media not ISO. While I understand that you may wish to keep your files and apps intact, it isn't as good of an install and in Windows 10 and 11 what we have found is that the underlying quality of the install is what determines how many problems you'll face over time.
Make sure to follow the illustrated steps to boot the media as a UEFI device, skip Product Key, choose Custom Install, delete all partitions down to Unallocated Space to get it cleanest, then click Next to let it auto-create the needed partitions, format them and begin install - this makes it foolproof.
